 Since the summer of 2009, Beachwood has been operating under new ownership and management. The resort’s noticeable potential inspired the significant renovation of the property, the accommodations, and each individual condo. Come check out,Beachwood Resort offers 20-individual condo units and fully functional common facilities included Club house, Pool table, Ping Pong (June-14), Horse shoes,View tower room, Dry Sauna, Hot tub, seasonal Swimming pool,Razor Clam ( end of Sept to beginning of May),Staffs Apartments,maid houses, Clam Hut,Coin Laundry etc. with the very popular recreational amenities included.

  With a history dating back to 57 years ago, Beachwood guests are invited to vacation comfortably while embracing our serene and freeing surroundings, alongside our own privately accessible beach. Many families enjoy coming together at this resort to create lasting memories. A lots of Weddings, Honeymoons,Special Anniversary parties, over 30 years Family reunions, 20 to 50 years old childhood memories etc.

  For over 20 to 40 years now, guests have been choosing Beachwood Resort whether it be for leisure or celebratory gatherings. Event planning is welcomed and our friendly staff will graciously accommodate the needs of our guests during their momentous occasions. Beachwood’s private beach offers exclusivity to our guests since there is no public access available. Our guests will take a 2 to 5-minutes walk from the resort, across our newly built wooden bridge, to stroll freely along a secluded beach while embracing the luxury of total relaxation and peacefulness. Seasonally available, guests are invited to go razor clam digging on our private beach. Our resort provides you with an indoor “Clam Hut” to clean your catch before taking it back to your condo to enjoy.
