Mountain Retreat Resort offer two-bedroom townhomes located alongside the Sequoia Woods Country Club. Each homey unit offers a full kitchen, fireplace, living and dining room, washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, and wireless Internet access. On-site at the property, you’ll find an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and a mini theater.
The resort is located in the town of Arnold, by the heart of the Sierras and not far outside Sacramento. This year-round destination offers everything from skiing, tubing, and sledding during the winter, to hiking, golfing, and boating in the spring and summer. Notable areas of attraction include Big Trees State Park, Columbia State Park, Mercer Caverns, and Yosemite National Park. Visitors are drawn to the area to view the giant sequoia trees, measuring 250 to 300 feet high and 25 to 30 feet across.
